We may be able to help! We offer a variety of low interest, no interest, forgivable, and deferred loans for life safety repairs. Life safety repairs may include roof repair or replacement, plumbing, electrical, windows, doors, foundation, etc. Eligible properties must be owner occupied, stick built homes or manufactured homes on a permanent foundation.
